Trouble Logging in to Account

1. Make sure you clear your browser cookies and history if you are having trouble logging in to your account.

2. If your reset your password make sure you clear your browser history before attempting to log in. Your browser

will keep the old user name and password if this is not done.

3. If you attempted to reset your password and you did not receive a password reset email with in a few minutes

check your spam and junk email folders. If you still do not see a password reset email contact us at

1.    You can check your order status through your Happy Daze 24-7 account. NOTE: All orders will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
2.    Your order status will only be availble if you created an account at the time of your purchase.
3.    If you creat an account after your purchase or pay with PayPal your order status will not show. This is
       why we encourage customers to create an account. It also makes it easier for repeat purchases.
4.   You can email us at at any time to check on your order status. We usually respond with in 24 hours.
5.   Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address you submitted with the order.
6.   Check your spam and junk folders, as our emails do sometimes end up there.
